Performance vinyl rolled out at Bridgemere
Bridgemere Garden Centre is the latest recipient of flooring from Itec Contract Floors, a brand that says it prides itself on the provision of an exceptional decorative vinyl flooring for commercial interiors.
Selected in oak design Tavel 631 was 450sq m of Concept Woods, offering wood style with swirl and grain marks, while 150sq m of Concept Ultimate was chosen in a textured grey Raffia 697 look.
Trevor Wharton Carpets were tasked with flooring specification, MD Trevor Wharton commenting:
“Having worked with the Itec team on a number of occasions, we knew they could provide flooring choice to meet our needs, with a combination of value, durability, ease of maintenance and crucially looks. We’ve been clever with our use of designs at Bridgemere, delineating zones through the use of both Concept Woods and Concept Ultimate, in contrasting colourways.
Concept Woods and Concept Ultimate both arrive with a Hyperguard+ PUR surface layer that is said to help the floors stand the test of time. They are backed by a class 34 very heavy commercial wear rating, making them suitable for high footfall locations. The surface layer is also claimed to be inherently slip resistant.
The commercial flooring specified was to provide not only maintenance qualities and a long life, but also a stunning aesthetic; a combination that has been identified and acted upon within the Itec range, the company says.
