Time running out for tickets to FeRFA awards
FERFA’s annual awards dinner will take place in the Banqueting Suite of the De Vere East Midlands Conference Centre & Orchard Hotel in Nottingham on Friday 29 November. This year will be a special one since it is FeRFA’s 50th anniversary.
Entries to the FeRFA Best Practice Awards are now closed and the judges are hard at work on their deliberations. This year there are five award categories – best industrial project - large; best industrial project - small; best commercial project - large; best commercial project - small; and a new award of outstanding contribution to FeRFA.
Bookings to attend the event are still being taken, but FeRFA expects the evening to sell out. To reserve your place, use the contact details below.
‘As well as the serious side of recognising excellence and achievement in the resin flooring industry, it also looks set to be a very enjoyable evening,’ says the association. ‘FeRFA has secured the services of popular musician, broadcaster and CofE priest Reverend Richard Coles as host. Richard is known to many as a member of ‘80s band The Communards, alongside Jimmy Somerville. More recently he is known for a wide range of media appearances, including Celebrity MasterChef, Strictly Come Dancing and Have I Got News for You.’
The FeRFA AGM will take place at 1.30pm on the same day as the awards, allowing ‘plenty of time for networking before the evening awards dinner’.
‘The Banqueting Suite at the De Vere will provide a spacious setting in which to host this popular event for the resin flooring industry and FeRFA looks forward to welcoming members and their guests to Nottingham on 29 November,’ says FeRFA.
