Abingdon Flooring | Carpet tile combinations

MADE in the UK, Combination is the latest carpet tile collection from Abingdon Carpet Tile Division, bringing what is described as a coordinated look for contract interiors.

Available in a 1/10th gauge loop-pile heathered plain style or striped design, Combination can reportedly be used to create coordinated layouts in a range of proven colours. ‘Breaking up work spaces into zones, or simply bringing a fresh look that’s coordinated between classrooms, Combination is ready in tile or plank format creating harmonised floor looks for functional spaces,’ says Abingdon.

‘The carpet fibre is 100% solution-dyed nylon for a tile that’s not only lasting but also stain and fade-resistant,’ says the company. ‘It’s an ideal cost-effective carpet tile for demanding spaces, where lasting appearance retention and easy maintenance are prerequisites.

‘But the functional properties don’t just stop there, with Abingdon Carpet Tile Division making the range available with Comfort Backing on special order.’

Made from 100% recycled materials, the backing is designed to cope with sound, reducing impact noise by an impressive 26dB. As standard, Combination comes with a polymer-modified bitumen backing.

‘The launch of Combination keeps the pace up for Abingdon Carpet Tile Division, explains Martin Peace, sales director, Abingdon Flooring. ‘Adding to the portfolio of styles including value-propositions in polypropylene, as well as high-performance nylon styles, the new launch shows we are firmly committed to growing the division through quality products made right here in the UK.’

Combination can reportedly be used in any commercial project demanding what’s described as an enduring and easy-to-maintain carpet tile.

The company says it has a 10-year commercial wear warranty.
