Flooring in healthcare - F Ball & Co
F BALL’s Stopgap 300 HD heavy-duty levelling compound is said to be suitable for use in areas that will be subject to high traffic and heavy loads. It’s also protein- and latex-free. Together, these properties make it suitable for undertaking flooring installations in heavily trafficked, biologically sensitive settings, such as hospital wards and corridors.
‘Stopgap 300 HD has excellent self-levelling properties and it can be pump-applied up to 1,500sq m per day, dependent on manpower, thickness applied and equipment used,’ says the company.
‘This is convenient when preparing large floor areas often found in some healthcare settings. It’s also low odour, meaning it can be used while nearby areas remain in-use and open to the public.’
