Haro Disano

WITH the introduction of its Disano Saphir, Disano Project and Disano Smart Aqua, HARO says it’s significantly expanding its design floor expertise. Whether as 2mm sheet-ware for gluedown installation (Project), 5mm thick waterproof solid plastic version with click connection (Saphir) or 6 or 9mm variant with HDF coreboard suitable for installation in wet areas (Classic Aqua, Smart Aqua), HARO’s design floor product range ‘has the right floor to suit every application and every price level’, the company says.

It adds: ‘Disano floors have one thing in common however: they’re 100% free from PVC and plasticisers and are thus healthy living.’

This is demonstrated, says Haro, by the awarding of the Blue Angel quality seal and the eco-INSTITUT label. Haro is focusing its attention on this rapidly growing market segment with major investments and, it says, is thus optimally prepared to face future challenges too.

‘Haro’s Disano family of design floors is enjoying another growth spurt and will be available in six impressive variants with immediate effect,’ says Haro.

‘Disano floors impress owing to their natural styles and superbly authentic surfaces – from Disano Life, the versatile design floor for young and active lifestyles to Disano Project, the design floor for professional glue-down installation in commercial applications especially.

‘All floors fulfil the requirements of level of use 23/33. A design floor that is suitable for use in wet areas, such as kitchens and bathrooms, has already been part of the product range since 2016 in the form of the Disano Classic Aqua.

This, says Haro, means the healthy living Disano is now the perfect choice for all areas where the emphasis is on discernible healthy living and a fresh and trendy look.

‘The enlarged Disano family offers Haro retail partners a product range that’s well tiered in terms of pricing and leaves no wishes unanswered. Waterproof variants are now also available, which bring the style and aesthetics of living areas into wet areas too.’

Disano Life
Disano Life, says Haro, is particularly suitable for young, smart living, offering ‘the perfect entry to the healthy living Disano design floor world’.

Disano Smart Aqua
Owing to its AquaReject coreboard, the new, compact Smart Aqua is also claimed by Haro to be the champion of wet areas, such as the kitchen and bathroom. ‘Its low installation height of just 6.5mm including laminated cork insulation on the rear makes it popular particularly with renovation experts,’ says the company. ‘It’s extremely durable and easy to maintain, warm underfoot and quiet thanks to the integrated cork insulation underlay.’

= Available in compact Plank 1-Strip design in 10 different styles with bevelled edges on four sides to match the style in a format of 9.3x235x1282 mm and with the Top Connect installation system with SilentSense surface, an additional ElastoTec layer for enhanced walking comfort and increased pressure and dimensional stability for living areas and commercial applications subject to heavy traffic. Naturally suitable for use with underfloor heating.

Disano Classic
‘With respect to Disano Classic, the softness underfoot is already practically legendary,’ says Haro. ‘This is owing to the ElastoTec pressure distribution layer, which offers ultimate walking comfort.
The design floor impresses with its resilience and holds court in every room owing to the distinctive long plank format with bevelled edges on four sides. The exclusive long plank format in six especially natural-looking styles creates an impressive sensation of space.’

Disano Classic Aqua
Disano Classic Aqua is the Disano Classic variant that is suitable for use in wet areas. The healthy living design floor in trendy Plank 1-Strip format in 18 style variants is suitable for installation in rooms such as kitchens and bathrooms for glue-down installation. Fitted with the AquaReject coreboard, the design floor is said to be particularly resistant to moisture thanks to optimum moisture control.

= Available in generous Plank 1-Strip design with real bevelled edges on four sides in a format of 9.3x235x2035mm and with the Top Connect installation system for floating installation with Silent Sense surface, an additional ElastoTec layer for enhanced walking comfort and increased pressure and dimensional stability. The design floor is also suitable for glue-down installation in damp and wet areas. Suitable for use with underfloor heating.

Disano Saphir
Soft underfoot yet with full dimensional stability and equipped to deal with moisture – these properties make Disano Saphir extremely interesting for professional users too, claims Haro.

The company says Disano Saphir is suitable for installation in wet areas owing to its waterproof properties. Its solid plastic coreboard also means it’s extremely resilient. With a low installation height of 4.5mm, the design floor in its eight different styles is said to be especially renovation-friendly: durable and easy to maintain, yet warm underfoot and soft. Installation in bathrooms is also possible.

= Available in compact Plank 1-Strip 4.5x235x1282mm format with bevelled edges on four sides to match the style and the Top Connect installation system, the design floor is also suitable for floating installation (with Silent Grip insulation underlay) or glue-down installation. Underfloor heating compatible. The floor is said to retain its shape even with exposure to sunlight, owing to its pressure and dimensional stability.

Disano Project
Haro says Disano Project is the preferred choice of professionals for glue-down installation in commercial applications in particular and comes in eight styles. Thanks to the low installation height of 2mm, Disano Project is claimed to be especially renovation-friendly. ‘And yet it’s durable, easy to maintain, warm underfoot, soft and quiet,’ adds the company.

= Available in compact Plank 1-Strip 2x248x1300mm format with bevelled edges on four sides to match the style, the design floor is reported to fulfil the requirements of professional installers. Owing to glue-down installation in the wet or adhesive bed, it’s also suitable for use with underfoot heating. The ElastoTec layer protects the floor from indents and thus reportedly lends it improved stability.

‘The Disano design floor family impresses with its absolute healthy living properties, vibrant styles, natural surfaces and ease of installation – in damp and wet areas too,’ says Haro. ‘Disano floors are incredibly resilient, retain their beautiful appearance even after years of intensive use and are exceptionally easy to maintain.’
