The iD Mixonomi range
CREATED for architects and designers, iD Mixonomi is a new modular vinyl tile flooring collection that is said by Tarkett to make custom-made interior atmospheres possible.
Customers can create custom-made flooring compositions – from timeless patterns to the most vibrant collages – by mixing colours and shapes with multiple combination possibilities.
‘Tarkett strives to have an innovative approach to interior decoration in every sense: by offering innovative solutions to customers, bringing genuinely creative and on-trend designs and contributing to a safer and cleaner environment with a sustainable approach,’ the company says.
‘Tarkett has won many innovation prizes over the past years,’ it continues. ‘The new iD Mixonomi LVT collection has earned a Red Dot Award for its outstanding product design. This award confirms Tarkett’s global leadership in innovative solutions for flooring.’
The Red Dot Award is said to be one of the most sought-after quality marks for good design and innovation and the Red Dot Award: Product Design is claimed to thus stand more than ever for one of the most renowned evaluation processes for product design development in the world.
This year, Red Dot received submissions from 54 countries. The products entered were assessed individually by an independent and international jury of experts.
The iD Mixonomi range offers designers a palette of 30 shades and three metallic effects with seven compatible geometric shapes and three mini-shapes reportedly providing the necessary elements ‘for a truly unique feature floor’.
