The Scottish networking lunch, golf competition and dinner took place on 28 August and was once again held at the Kinross Golf Courses (Perthshire).

The weather on the day was extremely changeable, but this did nothing to dampen spirits. The competition, played concurrently on both the Bruce and Montgomery courses, was still enjoyed by all and both courses provided an excellent test of golf. The winner of this year’s competition was David Anderson (TradeChoice Carpet & Flooring), with Lee Jarvis (Floor Safe Solutions) in second place and John Morrison (General & Technical Flooring Services) in third place.

Alan McEwan, CFA President, said “Another well attended Scottish Networking event and golf day. It was great to see so many familiar faces and a few new ones at the event. There was plenty of time to catch up over lunch before a very enjoyable round of golf. The weather wasn’t great but when you’re in Scotland you just get on with it. A big thanks to all the staff at Kinross golf club.”
