KEY REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

i. Minimum 3-5 years sales experience in commercial interiors / construction required.
ii. Ability to set objectives of the agreed customer base and measure results.
iii. Develop New & Maintain existing customer relationships.
iv. Be responsive with a full understanding of product lines and the application each product serves.
v. Regular direct customer meetings and daily travel.

The successful candidate will be results driven, self motivated, team focused and responsive to clients with excellent written, verbal communication skills.

Contracts Manager

GM Limited is a long established flooring and soft furnishing contractor, serving customers throughout the UK.

We are seeking a CONTRACTS MANAGER

Experienced in all aspects of running flooring contracts, from initial quantification and
tendering through to project completion.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of managing installations of a variety of floor coverings, often to tight deadlines, whilst managing and developing client relationships. Experience of ceramic installations would be an advantage.

You will be managing sites in a variety of locations but need to live within commuting distance
of our premises in Kidderminster.
