Keen to capitalise on considerable new commercial opportunities, they are looking to appoint an Export Sales professional to further develop their export capability & expertise whilst increasing market penetration, sales & profitability.
As a newly created appointment, reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for: driving & developing sales across EMEA with new & existing customers and providing vision, direction & leadership for Export Sales. You will identify new countries & markets, recommend the best routes to market, analyse trends and customer demands and act as the conduit between commercial, operations & logistics.
With a proven track record
of Export Sales growth within flooring and a charismatic leader, your experience will demonstrate your skills in identifying & winning new business as well as managing key accounts.
Commercially astute, your CV will highlight your ability for negotiation, defining a strategy & responding to expanding markets, whilst maintaining a passion for hands-on selling.
You will have a proactive, positive attitude, be self-motivated, used to working from home, field & office. All flooring experience will be considered. You will also ideally have a second European language.
