PARADOR, which describes itself as the industry leader in premium flooring, has announced the promotion of Carrie Gillis to country manager for the UK and Ireland. The promotion aligns with additional strategic hires in the brand’s sales team, reflecting Parador’s continued support for the A&D market.
Bringing a design-led approach shaped by her background in fashion marketing, PR, and influencer partnerships, Gillis combines expertise in branding with extensive experience in the flooring industry.
Gillis began her journey at Parador as an area sales manager, progressed to senior specification manager and now steps into her new leadership role. ‘My journey with Parador has been one of real personal and professional growth,’ Gillis says. ‘Each step has allowed me to build stronger relationships with our clients, grow the specification side of the business, and help raise Parador’s profile in the UK market. This progression reflects my passion for design and branding, and the opportunities Parador has given me to develop and lead.’
As country manager, Gillis will shape Parador’s strategy in the UK and Ireland, focusing on strengthening relationships within the architecture and design community, expanding retail partnerships, and ensuring Parador is recognised as the go-to premium global flooring brand.
