KERAKOLL, a B Corp certified Benefit Company and multinational Group providing products and services for the building industry, has announced the appointment of Martina Colombara to the position of group chief people officer.

In her new role, she’ll answer directly to group CEO, Marco Zini, and will be guiding Kerakoll’s global strategies in human resources and organisation, thus becoming part of the group executive leadership team.

Martina’s contribution will reportedly have a decisive role to play in strengthening a corporate culture focused on participation, accountability and innovation, in a group operating on three continents and directly or indirectly employing 2,450 people.

Martina Colombara’s professional career has developed in several important Italian and multinational companies. After graduating in philosophy from the University of Padua, for around 15 years, starting from 2006, she occupied positions of growing responsibility in Bauli Group, where she finally became group HR & organisational director, reportedly making a decisive contribution to the integration of companies acquired by the group and establishing an integrated organisational model at global level.

She subsequently consolidated her international experience in Andritz Sovema Group, guiding the alignment of HR policies in key markets such as the US and China. More recently, in 2021, she held the position of group chief human resources and organisation officer at F.lli De Cecco, a pasta manufacturer, where she coordinated numerous organisational development products focusing on sustainability, digitalisation, innovation and corporate wellbeing.
