KELMORE says it offers a comprehensive range of levelling and smoothing compounds engineered to meet the varied demands of the flooring industry.

Says the company: ‘The LevelMore portfolio includes water-based and two-part products, all formulated around a consistent binder system to deliver dependable performance, dimensional stability, and a high-quality surface finish across a wide range of applications.’

Two-part products
Continues Kelmore: ‘LevelMore Pro and LevelMore Absolute 30 are high-performance, moisture-tolerant, flexible smoothing compounds, suitable for application depths from 2–20mm in a single pour. Providing excellent adhesion, they can be used over a wide variety of subfloors – often without the need to prime – and are suitable for use over adhesive residues, including bitumen. Both products are protein-free, dimensionally stable, and produce a consistently smooth surface finish.

‘LevelMore Pro is a rapid-setting solution with a working time of 30 minutes. It’s walkable after 90 minutes, allowing resilient floor coverings to be installed after just three hours.

‘Designed for fast-track installations, LevelMore Absolute 30 offers ultra-rapid performance, with a 15-minute working time and walk-on access after 30 minutes. Resilient floorcoverings can be fitted after only 90 minutes, making it ideal where minimal downtime is critical.’

Adds the company: ‘LevelMore Contract is a fast-setting compound developed for solid floors, including heated screeds. This protein-free product offers excellent flow and can be applied from 2–12mm in a single application.

‘With a working time of 30 minutes, it’s walkable after two hours and ready to receive resilient floorcoverings after six hours. All liquid polymer components within the two-part range are supplied in durable, pre-measured pouches. These provide a significant reduction in plastic compared to traditional bottles, decant quickly and completely, and can be folded flat for easy disposal, helping reduce on-site waste and improve handling efficiency.’

Water-based products
Continues the company: ‘LevelMore Flex&Fibre is a flexible, fibre-reinforced, rapid-setting compound suitable for both interior and exterior use, with application depths from 2–50mm in a single pour. It can also be installed as a durable wearing surface. Offering excellent workability and moisture tolerance, it is suitable for a wide range of subfloors, including applications below damp-proof membranes.

‘This protein-free, dimensionally stable product delivers excellent flow and sets with an outstanding surface finish. With a 30-minute working time, it’s walkable after 90 minutes and ready for resilient floorcoverings after three hours.

‘LevelMore Rapid 30 is an ultra-rapid-setting compound designed for time-sensitive projects. Applied from 2–30mm in a single application, it provides excellent flow and a smooth, consistent finish. It offers a 15-minute working time, is walkable after 30 minutes, and allows resilient floorcoverings to be installed after just 90 minutes.

‘LevelMore Flow provides a fast-setting solution for solid floors, including heated screeds. Applied from 2–25mm, it offers excellent flow and a 30-minute working time. The product is walkable after two hours, with resilient floorcoverings able to be fitted after four hours.

‘LevelMore RenoFibre is the latest addition to the range. This flexible, fibre-reinforced, fast-setting compound is suitable for a wide range of internal subfloors in domestic and commercial environments. Offering excellent workability and flow, it sets with a smooth, uniform surface finish. Protein-free and dimensionally stable, it can be applied from 2–40mm in a single application, has a working time of 30 minutes, is walkable after three hours, and is ready to receive resilient floorcoverings after eight hours.’
