Contractor Shane Moore is due to join the independent CFJ Awards judging panel for the 2026 event.

With more than 25 years’ experience in the flooring and adhesives industry, Shane has established himself as a respected professional known for his technical knowledge, precision, and commitment to raising standards in the trade.

Starting his career as an apprentice in 2001, he quickly progressed through hands-on installation, site management, and technical assessment roles, gaining an in-depth understanding of domestic and commercial flooring projects.

In 2017, he founded SM Flooring Solutions, delivering high-quality flooring installations, inspections, and technical training. His expertise later led him to work with a leading flooring manufacturer, supporting product development, specifications, and on-site technical solutions across a range of projects in the UK and beyond.

Re-establishing SM Flooring Solutions in 2025, Shane continues to provide expert flooring services throughout the southeast, specialising in independent inspections, training, and consultancy for the flooring sector.

Passionate about passing on knowledge and upholding quality within the trade, Shane remains dedicated to helping others achieve excellence in flooring installation and practice.
