KLIPBOARD has announced the appointment of Stuart Upson as account management director. He brings more than 15 years’ senior experience in ERP solution sales and leadership, with what’s described as a proven track record of driving performance, team development and strategic growth across a range of sectors.
Stuart began his career in financial sales and consulting, founding and leading a pension planning consultancy. Over the past decade-and-a-half, he’s built a career in ERP software sales, with a focus on the merchant/distribution, food & beverage, apparel and retail industries. His expertise spans a range of ERP platforms and technologies.
Most recently, Stuart held senior leadership roles at a global ERP provider, where he progressed from award-winning account executive to regional manager, ultimately leading the company’s European ERP team following a strategic acquisition in 2022.
Key accomplishments reportedly include:
- Spearheading cross-sell initiatives across the ERP customer base
- Leading vendor implementation strategies that unlocked significant revenue growth
- Introducing the Delta Sales methodology, which increased account executive and account manager win rates from 40% to 65%
