The initiative was led by CSR Champion Maisie, with installation completed by Will and Dan, who delivered the project free of charge.
Citizens Advice Torbay expressed their delight:
“They came, they saw and they conquered – and all with a smile! Great customer focus and so very efficient in their approach to the job. The new floor covering has given our advice centre a new lease of life. The different colours and patterns in each room are vibrant and fresh. It will be a whole new experience to welcome clients and our volunteers to their new working environment.”

“We’re thrilled to support Citizens Advice in this milestone year. They’ve been a vital lifeline for the local community for 85 years, and this is our way of giving something back. Using surplus flooring means we’re also doing right by the environment.”
