THE new HOT JET 302A and HOT JET 500A welders from Leister are described as ‘the most compact welding tools with advanced technology that save up to 25% of working time in detail work’.

The adaptive torque motor offers smart load adaptation for fast, responsive motor performance while the fan is protected from damage by the active load limitation.’
The HOT JET 302A and HOT JET 500A welders are designed for simple operation and easy configuration, featuring built-in safety protections that prevent accidental starts and automatically power down after a defined cooldown period to maximise safety and help protect materials and infrastructure from damage, adds the company.

‘The maintenance-free LEISTER brushless motor and five-year warranty gives extended runtime and increased efficiency while significantly reducing repair costs by up to 40%. Additionally, the HOT JET 500 A is fully compatible with all TRIAC AT/ST nozzles – use the HOT JET 500 A for detail work and hard-to-reach areas and in conjunction with the TRIAC welder to give greater flexibility across applications. The HOT JET 302 A is fully compatible with all HOT JET S nozzles.
