Apprentices bring fresh perspectives, energy, and a willingness to learn, while employers play a crucial role in passing down craftsmanship, standards, and industry pride. At Recofloor, we are fortunate to work alongside members who invest passionately in developing the next generation, ensuring the flooring sector remains skilled, sustainable, and ready for the challenges ahead.
