Quick-Step Website Hits the Magic Million

With over one million visitors in 2024, the Quick-Step website is the online reference for homeowners looking for premium floors.

Quick-Step is famed for its premium floors that have been at the forefront of flooring innovation for over 30 years. From the original Uniclic® joint to the world’s first waterproof wood floors, the brand is synonymous with premium quality and refined natural details, and its floors are a desirable addition to homes.

The premium approach is reflected in the brand’s support to its retailers with high-quality merchandising and sampling that elevates the brand, and Quick-Step also works to drive customers to its network of retailers across the UK. Through proactive B2C marketing activities across social media and consumer media, as well as live events – in 2024 Quick-Step appeared at the Grand Designs Live exhibition within the headline Grand House – the brand consistently delivers interested consumers to its website, www.quick-step.co.uk.

In fact, in 2024 alone, the Quick-Step website saw over one million browsers and shoppers, putting its retailer and Master Installer networks in the spotlight. In the same period, Quick-Step recorded over 180,000 visitors looking for the nearest stockist through the website’s ‘Find a Dealer’ search function, representing some 18% of all website traffic.

Despite tough economic conditions, 2025 has also started well for the brand, with more than 183,000 visitors to the website throughout January and February and just shy of 38,000 ‘Find a Dealer’ searches (20% of website traffic) in the same period.

Niall Cassidy, Retail Sales Manager UK, Unilin Flooring, says: “Our brand has always been associated with premium quality and refined details, making it an easy recommendation to homeowners wanting a high quality, investment floor for their home. Yet, in a highly competitive market, it’s also important that we proactively support our retailers to earn our space in stores.

“Our proactive approach in communicating with consumers is part of our outreach and complements instore marketing. It helps our retailers by driving interested consumers to their store and ensuring that being a Quick-Step stockist is recognised as a sign of quality of product and service.”
