BAL, which describes itself as the market leader in full tiling solutions, says its new BAL Micromax3 ECO high performance grout is one of the most environmentally friendly products on the market without compromising performance.

Says BAL: ‘BAL Micromax3 ECO introduces several market-leading sustainable technologies including the use of more than 25% recycled materials, while it’s 2.5kg and 5kg packaging is 100% recyclable. With an EC1+ EMICODE classification, Micromax3 ECO has Very Low Emissions and has low VOCs, while the new formulation includes reduced biocides, but with new longer lasting built-in Microban anti-microbial protection.’

Smoother fillers make for easier clean-off, even on textured tiles, while the grout is more tolerant to over-washing and has less haze after initial clean-off.
