Awards ceremony: 12:30 – 16:00
Includes a 3-course lunch with a special performance by our guest presenter.
Networking drinks: 16:00 – 19:00

Transport
The IXL Events Centre is set within the grounds of Dallas Burston Polo Club. The IXL Events Centre is clearly signposted from the front gates.
By Car: If you are arriving by car, please follow the directional signs from the main entrance by the roadside and park in the car park directly outside the venue. All parking is free of charge at the venue.
By train: The nearest train station is Royal Leamington Spa which is 6 miles away (approximately 13 minutes.) This station is on the Marylebone line, but also offers a short connect to Coventry, on the Euston line. Birmingham to Leamington Spa can be achieved in 30 minutes.
For direct trains to London Euston, Rugby station is 13 miles from the Club.

We are delighted to announce our charitable involvement this year, with Macmillan as our chosen charity for fundraising at the event. This year, we are introducing a silent auction featuring an array of fantastic prizes available for bidding. A brochure listing these prizes will be provided on your table, and anyone is welcome to place bids using the traditional sealed bid technique. Our silent auctioneers will be available to explain how the auction works during the networking morning, should you have any questions. Host presenter
Stand-up comedian Hal Cruttenden will be hosting the awards ceremony, with a special performance during the event.
Floorplan
We will email the floorplan to you the week of the event. It will also be displayed on screens throughout the venue upon your arrival.
Dress code
Smart business attire.
If you have booked tickets to attend the awards, we kindly request the following details from you no later than Friday 16th August 2024:
- Full names of your guests
- Company name(s) of your guests (if different from yours)
- Any specific dietary requirements
We will be providing name badges for you to collect upon arrival as well as place cards for your table, so please send this essential information via email to events@kick-startpublishing.co.uk. Your prompt response is highly appreciated and will enable us to make the necessary arrangements in a timely manner.

Drinks
To ensure a seamless experience, we encourage guests to pre-order drinks for their table. This way, your chosen beverages will be waiting for you when you are seated for lunch. You will receive an email from ‘Creventa’ with a bespoke link to select your desired drinks from the menu. Simply click on the link, which will direct you to a webpage where you can make your selections.
To submit a drinks order, simply add the number of drinks you’d like by using the quantity boxes, then select ‘Pay’ at the bottom of the page. You will be required to input your card details to purchase the order online. You will receive a receipt of your purchase by email.
If you have not received this email, please check your junk mailbox first. If you still haven’t received a link or are experiencing issues with the online order form, please contact events@kick-startpublishing.co.uk.
Alternatively, if you do not wish to submit a pre-order, the main bar will be open throughout the event for individual purchases on a pay-as-you-go basis (card only, no cash). The bar will remain open until 7:00 PM for continued entertainment.
