The wonder of Woodline

Woodline is the new cushion vinyl collection from LeoLine with a painted wood look. New from LeoLine for 2024, the endless plank of Woodline is described as an exceptional design, available in a range of 10 painted colours including tones of forest green, sky blue and mushroom beige to ‘bring something unique to any home’.

Says the company: ‘Giving an alternative to painted wood floors that need careful treatment not to chip and scratch, Woodline makes full use of LeoLine’s new Realistic Look that brings defined plank grooves and an improved textured grain.’

‘Woodline was a joy to design, its ‘endless’ grain draws the eye through the room and is a twist on the expected, while its trending colours give a super desirable painted look,’ says Elise Bylo, design manager, LeoLine. ‘Floors like this really show how you can be bold in your style choices and get a really unique interior while spending just a couple of hundred pounds.’

The company adds: ‘Woodline is made easy to clean thanks to the dirt protection of Superguard and because it’s waterproof and comes with added slip-resistance, it’s suitable for bathroom use – not something that can be said about a painted wood floor. With a tough and durable Powerback construction, it’s also ready for busy areas of the homes like hallways, kitchens and living spaces.’

Stuart Reeves, sales director, LeoLine says: ‘Painted wood floors appear in magazines and on websites as a ‘must have’ look, but as anyone who has tried painting their floor before knows only too well, it doesn’t stay that way for long. Even if you’re careful, painted floors scratch up, can chip easily and become watermarked.

‘In no time at all, they soon look past their best. Woodline brings the look in a range of bold heritage colours and neutral tones that stay looking good and which are warm and comfortable. It’s a win all-round.’
