AS part of its ongoing commitment to supporting sales for independent retailers, Verona has recently launched a new augmented reality (AR) room visualiser, InSitu. Described as a highly effective selling tool, InSitu is reportedly set to transform the way in which consumers buy tiles, supporting them in making more confident wall and floor design choices.
Says the company: ‘Designed to complement Verona’s product range and supporting POS materials, InSitu has been developed in conjunction with visualisation specialists to provide retailers with an additional sales tool. Through harnessing the power of modern technology, InSitu will reportedly enhance the tile buying journey for retailers and their customers alike.
‘Optimised to work on any device including mobiles and desktops, users can upload a photo of their room and experiment with various designs and layouts to see what suits their space. There’s also the option to choose from a selection of stylised room sets for those who don’t want to upload their own image. The final look can then be emailed or printed and sent to a local retailer to streamline the buying process and drive more conversions.’
There are currently about 200 products to choose from within the InSitu tool, with the rest of the portfolio set to be added in the coming months.
