WITH the original exposed brickwork and ‘wow-factor’ Karndean flooring underfoot, UK IT solutions provider Natilik required a functional workplace for staff, as well as a showroom for clients to visit and fully experience its products.

Its new showroom ‘workspace’ based at Devonshire Square in London has been carefully curated by Gemco Contracts. The first thing visitors are greeted with when walking into the space is the grand bar-come-reception.

Located in a Grade II-listed building, Gemco worked collaboratively with the specification team at Karndean Commercial to design a floor that would complement its overall design vision; to pay homage to Natilik’s origins while hosting the future.

With Natilik looking to completely revisit the generic idea of an office space, Gemco opted for Karndean’s Blond Oak from its Art Select collection as a contemporary backdrop on a traditional parquet flooring. The standout traditional style bar-come-reception desk has been cleverly zoned using Lansdown from Karndean’s Heritage collection.
