Headlam Group, a floorcoverings distributor, has announced the launch of what it describes as its new fully transactional mobile trade app, myheadlam.
Says the company: ‘The first of its kind in the industry, the app’s launch follows many months of in-house development and customer testing. The myheadlam app allows customers to trade with all their Headlam accounts ‘on-the-go’, in a quick, easy and convenient way, offering a seamless customer experience.’
The company says customers are able to ‘search for all products, with Headlam offering the broadest range of products; check real-time availability and prices; place orders quickly; review order history; track live orders; and access accounts held with Headlam businesses’.
The app features a room visualiser, a tool to showcase products in room settings. It’s available for iOS and Android, mobile and tablet, and customers are able to personalise settings to suit their preferences.
