IT’s been announced that Whiteriver Group, as of 23 July 2024, has taken a majority shareholding in Floorstock.

Tom Case, managing director of Floorstock, says, ‘As part of this acquisition, we have some exciting plans for future growth, and over the course of the next few weeks we will invite you to discuss the business and opportunities for the future.’

Floorstock will continue to operate as normal, with no changes to staff or key suppliers, and most importantly, it points out, no disruption to ordering and payments.
