FOLLOWING what it describes as its hugely successful launch of the Camaro Rigid Core collection in Spring 2022 – and after only 18 months on the market – Polyflor says it’s delighted to announce an extended range.

It now includes 12 new designs to complement its 18 original shades, creating a contemporary collection of 30 options covering ‘the most popular plank, tile, and herringbone designs’. 

Says the company: ‘The development of each shade ensures they complement various residential and light commercial interiors while reflecting current interior trends, as identified by the inhouse design team at Polyflor. All designs feature a micro bevel and realistic emboss that replicates authentic materials.’

The collection continues to feature Välinge 5G ‘Press-fit’ locking technology. Continues the company: ‘Proven to be the optimal locking mechanism for rigid LVT, Välinge 5G is quick and easy to install without a mallet. An audible click sounds when the planks and tiles are press-fitted together and engaged correctly. Furthermore, a new smaller plank size of 150mm x 910mm is now available.’

Camaro Rigid Core also boasts a durable, 100% waterproof, SPC construction, plus an integrated 1mm IXPE acoustic backing that offers an impact sound reduction of 18dB, says Polyflor, adding that the range is compatible with underfloor heating and can be laid over suitable existing subfloors without adhesive or underlay.

Continues Polyflor: ‘To promote this exciting relaunch Polyflor has invested heavily in marketing items, including a brand new 88-page brochure full of inspirational installation photography and a five-page shade card with a ‘look book’ insert, complete with an improved retail presenter. 
‘In addition, Polyflor has created its first-ever Camaro Rigid Core retail display unit, further elevating the presence of the collection in retail environments.’

To help customers envisage Camaro Rigid Core flooring in their desired location, ‘the innovative Room Visualiser from Polyflor provides an instant in situ presentation of its products using the latest technology’.
