‘For 2026, Louis De Poortere has expanded the series with three new designs that continue the same artistic sentiment.’
Continues the company: ‘A step between serenity and playful geometry, Zen Garden captures the stillness and asymmetry of kare-sansui as if living in a tetris world. A palette of uplifting and fresh colourways create a rug that’s both soothing and surprising. Zen Garden is available in the tones of Pomelo, Scots Pine, Grenadine and Dryed Banana and comes in five sizes.
‘For Brush, Louis De Poortere has sought inspiration from the expressiveness of contemporary art. Bold lines mimic the force of broad brushstrokes on canvas, combining minimalism and movement for a spontaneous design that energises any room. Delightful tonal nuances echo paint over paint in three strong colours of Diva Blue, Orange and Mastic. Brush is available in six sizes.’
Adds the company: ‘2026 also sees Marble join the Craft Collection. The pebble-like design sees colours overlap, mingle and blend in an interplay of transparency, echoing a story of the movement, chance and randomness of nature. Bringing a sense of calm and lightness to rooms in the colourways of Larch, Oak, Rosewood and Kanell, Marble comes in four sizes.
‘As part of the Ecorugs collection, all qualities in the Craft series are made from 70% recycled polyester from plastic bottles, completely recyclable through the Take Care programme, machine washable and suitable for indoor and outdoor use.’
