Beauflor’s XTREME sheet vinyl flooring offers maximum performance for housing projects

XTREME sheet vinyl flooring from Beauflor is said by the company to bring ‘maximum performance’ to housing projects.

Says the company: ‘Delivering excellent value and enjoying home-like wood and stone designs, sheet vinyl makes an excellent flooring choice in affordable and social housing. With the Xtreme collection from Beauflor, these types of projects can benefit from some of the hardest wearing floors available.

Xtreme uses a high-performance 2mm thick construction that features a 0.70mm wearlayer to withstand heavy industrial use (class 43).

‘This makes it a great choice in busy communal areas, where the need to stand up to intense wear and keep looking good is essential. What’s more, the floor features Beauflor’s Premium Coating for easy maintenance – it can be cleaned with just a mild detergent – and is slip-resistant to 42+ TRRL. Beauflor has also equipped Xtreme with its Bacteria Shield+ anti-bacterial treatment to inhibit the growth of mould and bacteria and improve hygiene.’

The company continues: ‘The impressive performance on offer can be enjoyed in a wide range of natural looks for a welcoming and home-like floor. Classic oak planks, limed wood, chevron planks, textile and concrete effects make sure there’s a design suitable for any interior style. In total, Xtreme offers 48 options including a range of coloured floors. A matt Natural Look textured surface gives a more realistic appearance to wood and concrete effects.’

Adds Beauflor: ‘Xtreme is manufactured in Belgium from high quality materials for an enduring flooring option. In two, three and four-metre wide rolls, it’s fast to install in corridors, communal areas and private spaces with minimal wastage. Held in stock at major UK distributors and wholesalers, Xtreme is readily available when needed.’

Chris Roberts, national key account manager, says: ‘Xtreme is our most durable sheet vinyl floor, so it’s a more than capable finish for housing projects which demand a floor that withstands wear and is easy to take care of – in short, it’s great for any communal area. Yet durability and performance shouldn’t compromise a floor’s ability to create a relaxing and welcoming entrance to a home, so we’ve made sure that Xtreme can be chosen in designs that achieve exactly this.’
