IVC Commercial’s Optimise 70 Heterogeneous Vinyl collection

IVC Commercial’s Optimise 70 Heterogeneous Vinyl collection is said to bring a quiet, colourful floor to projects demanding great acoustics, durability, and low maintenance.

Says the company: ‘Reducing impact sound by 19dB, Optimise 70 is a hardwearing vinyl floor that makes commercial spaces quieter and more colourful, thanks to a refreshed colour and material palette.

‘Featuring 27 colour and material effects available from UK stock for fast delivery, Optimise 70 can be used to create floor designs that support activities in a broad range of projects. From encouraging learning and aiding concentration in education facilities to providing a comfortable and relaxing setting for care home residents, Optimise 70 is ready for the challenge of heavy traffic spaces.

‘With colours such as the orange of Crystal T64 and green of Crystal T24, designers can create layouts focused on colour, or take a natural route to supporting the wellbeing of users through wood chevron looks such as Olympus T91. The Pinnacles concrete effect in three different shades also allows Optimise 70 to make a smart addition when a more architectural look is demanded. In short, there’s an Optimise 70 look for any occasion.’

Each floor features permanent Hyperguard+ technology to keep what’s described as a beautiful-looking finish.

The company continues: ‘Hyperguard+ reduces the occurrence of scuffs and marks, as well as making Optimise 70 easier to clean. The floor’s hygiene performance is also improved with Sanitec. This anti-bacterial and anti-mould treatment is permanent and will not wear off, even under intensive cleaning.

‘Yet Optimise 70 is best known for its ability to reduce noise, improving comfort for users by deadening the sound of footsteps and movement through a specially developed acoustic backing. Delivering excellent sound performance through 19dB of impact sound reduction, with its 0.70mm wear-layer the floor retains the durability of heterogeneous vinyl made for heavy traffic locations.

Available in a 2m width and fully compatible with Invisiweld seamless installation, Optimise 70 is made in Belgium using a 100% European supply chain.’
