THE Malmo Freedom stickdown luxury vinyl tile (LVT) flooring is said to feature a durable aluminium oxide 0.55mm wearlayer which makes reportedly makes it an ideal choice for retail locations with a high footfall.

Available across the entire collection of 25 Malmo Freedom Stickdown designs, the aluminium oxide 0.55mm wearlayer is said to give a thicker and more durable coating which reportedly prolongs the life and condition of LVT flooring and also increases the slip resistance to +36 PTV.

Says the company: ‘The surface coating, which doesn’t compromise the visual quality of the flooring, also provides an additional protective layer against potential scratches compared with a standard urethane layer alone. Ideal for busy retail locations, Malmo is very easy to clean and doesn’t require any ongoing maintenance such as resealing or waxing. Dust and dirt can be removed from floors with a dustpan and brush and a suitable LVT cleaner will clean and replenish the surface of the flooring to ensure it looks as good as new.’
