THE Scottish networking lunch, golf competition and dinner took place in August. All elements of the day were once again very well supported and the sun shone for the second year running for this event at the Kinross Golf Courses (Perthshire). Lunch was attended by 44 guests and there were 38 for the golfer’s dinner.

The golf competition was run concurrently on the Bruce and the Montgomery courses, both of which played well, and after completion of their rounds the golfers enjoyed a meal prior to the prize giving.

Out of a field of 35 competitors, the winner of the competition was Colin Dearie (Quantum Flooring Solutions), with Lee Jackson (TradeChoice Carpet & Flooring) in second place and Craig Storrier (Veitchi Flooring Ltd) third.
