APPOINTED
Nils Rödenbeck

Interface has appointed Nils Rödenbeck as vice president and commercial leader for the EMEA region, effective 1 April 2026.
In this role, Nils will lead Interface’s commercial strategy across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, with responsibility for sales, customer service, and technical support teams. He will also support the company’s growth plans, focusing on expanding its carpet tile business, growing its resilient portfolio, and increasing penetration in sectors such as healthcare and education.

Nils brings 19 years’ experience at Interface, having held senior commercial and general management roles across Europe. Most recently, he was vice president, commercial for DACH & UKIMEA, overseeing key markets including the UK and Germany. Prior to that, he led the DACH region, driving strong growth across Germany, Austria and Switzerland through a period of significant global disruption.
Throughout his career, Nils says he’s built and led high performing, collaborative teams, with expertise in specification driven markets and experience across Interface’s full portfolio. He also brings a steadfast commitment to the company’s aggressive sustainability goals and core values to this role.

Nils will be based in EMEA and work closely with regional teams and customers across the region to drive continued commercial success. Nils completed his executive education at Harvard Business School and holds additional business qualifications through a dual MBA program and is currently based in Germany.
