A winning team that shares values such as commitment, enthusiasm and the quest for excellence on a global level. The quality of the policies and projects implemented for managing people are matters of the utmost importance to us, because we’re convinced that concrete commitment to sustainability, taken as a means of promoting and developing the communities in which we operate, also stems from these matters.’
The world’s best employers rankings are the result of the most comprehensive employer standards survey carried out on a global scale. Respondents were asked if they would recommend the company where they work and to rate their employer along the lines of talent development, remote work options, parental leave benefits, diversity, work-life balance and pride in the company’s products or services. Those taking part could also assess other companies in their country or industry.
