TPS360 is relocating and expanding its operations in Tamworth. This follows substantial growth in sales from its existing office, which serves the central, north and east region, according to regional director Mark Jackson.
Established in 2008, and with a head office in Caerphilly, South Wales, TPS360 describes itself as one of the UK’s leading surface protection providers, specialising in the supply, specification and installation of resin flooring, polished concrete, decorative overlayment screeds and hygienic solutions.
Says the company: ‘Having built up a national reputation over 14 years, the company’s strategy to open and grow a fully operational business unit based in Tamworth will improve their ability to service the central, north and east regions of the UK at the highest levels.
‘The move will provide offices with meeting rooms, storage space and a workshop, enabling expansion of the existing Midlands operation and servicing a customer base which includes main contractors and architects in the construction industry, as well as facility owners across a wide range of industrial and commercial sectors. These include food and beverage, warehousing, distribution, aerospace, automotive, pharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing, engineering, recycling and many other types of facility.’
The TPS360 Tamworth office is led by Mark Jackson, who is described by the company as one of the country’s foremost authorities on surface preparation and polished concrete, having worked in the field for more than 20 years.
The expansion also signals the opportunity to increase the company’s workforce in the area, where it will be recruiting yard, workshop and site-based operatives over the coming months, as well as recruiting its first Midlands-based apprentices to learn the specialist trades it delivers.
