The Malmo luxury vinyl tile range offers a stylish, highly durable office floor

THE Malmo luxury vinyl tile (LVT) range is said to offer a stylish, highly durable flooring material that is suitable for offices and other demanding environments.

Says the company: ‘Combining the authentic look and feel of real wood or tiles with all the features and functionality required in commercial buildings and high footfall areas, the Malmo range can be installed with confidence in any setting as it offers wear resistance, R10 slip-resistance, is impervious to indentations, won’t chip or crack, is compatible with underfloor heating and is easy to clean and maintain.

‘Available with two installation options of Stickdown and Rigid click, the Malmo range comprises realistic wooden plank designs, stunning herringbone and authentic tile effects, with a colour palette that ranges from classic oak to on-trend greys and Moroccan tile – all in a contemporary matt finish. The Rigid Senses Registered Embossed collection replicates the look and feel of real hardwood flooring, with the texture perfectly in line with the visual pattern of the woodgrain. Suitable for refurbishments and newbuild projects alike, Malmo LVT is quick and easy to install with no power tools required, resulting in minimum downtime.’

The full Malmo range comprises 57 different styles and colours across its Rigid and Stickdown formats to, the company says, cater to all tastes. ‘Malmo Rigid designs benefit from a built-in 1mm underlay and are 5.5mm thick with a 0.30mm wear-layer, elevated to 0.55mm across the Senses decors, while Stickdown designs are 2.5mm thick and offer a 0.55mm wear-layer. Backed by a warranty of up to 10 years for commercial applications, the complete Malmo LVT range is available for 24-48 hour delivery from all 18 IDS branches nationwide.’
