A ‘safer and more natural’ school floor

IVC Commercial Isafe 70 can reportedly bring education environments a cost-effective vinyl floor that ‘doesn’t compromise natural looks for its enhanced slip restraint’.

Says the company: ‘Preferred in public areas, receptions, corridors and congregation areas for its additional slip-restraint, sheet vinyl safety flooring often compromises its aesthetic quality for performance. However, the latest generation of heterogeneous vinyl safety flooring from IVC Commercial brings no-compromise aesthetics and improved performance.

‘Now achieving TRRL 42+ thanks to advancements in its Hypergrip+ technology, the improved coating on Isafe 70 appears more matt and is clearer than before, so the collection’s natural wood and stone designs look more authentic.’

Paul Webb, national sales manager specification, says: ‘Schools have always prioritised safety, durability and cleanability when it comes to flooring, but it can also play an important role in creating a supportive environment for pupils. Our new Isafe 70 collection lets schools embrace slip restraint and design, so pupils can benefit from a safer and more supportive school environment.’

Isafe 70 is designed and made in Belgium for a floor that offers ‘excellent quality. Dual glass fibre layers improve on the competition to give the floor extra strength and stability in use, while Sanitec boosts hygiene with its anti-bacterial protection’.

The Isafe 70 collection is available in 26 designs, including wood plank and herringbone, concrete, terrazzo and a range of colours.
