Says the company, ‘Flooring choices anchor an interior scheme, from the colour and pattern to the texture and material. It also has practical demands, requiring strength, stability, durability and safety. The Aura collection was designed with this in mind, marrying form and function with an ideal balance of modern designs and practical performance.

‘Bringing a fresh, fun, and light-hearted approach to interior design, Aura takes inspiration from playfulism with its unique and colourful aesthetic. Made from 100% wool, the collection is expertly crafted from a 3-ply yarn to provide ultimate comfort underfoot, alongside wearability in high-footfall areas.’

The Aura collection features two striking designs in eight distinctive colourways, says Crucial Trading: Essence, Beam, Mirage, Stellar, Canopy, Flow, Vibe and Glow.

Essence, Beam, Mirage and Stellar focus on linear designs, using a combination of singular line colours to help elongate rooms, making them suitable for smaller or narrow spaces such as stairways and hallways.

In contrast, Canopy, Flow, Vibe and Glow are broader in design, using a tonal variation of block and singular line colours, that can reportedly lend themselves perfectly to larger spaces such as living rooms and open-plan areas.

The Aura collection also comes with an action backing as a standard and is tested for residential and luxury use. The collection will be nationally available through exclusive retailers, and it was showcased at Crucial Trading’s stand at The INDX National Flooring Show in May, stand P315, and will be on show at Decorex in October, stand C72.
