CAT LVT Product Range
CAT’s product range consists of flooring profiles and stair nosings. The ranges listed include numerous sizes and profiles to suit all types of floor coverings and situations.

• Ramps & Feather Edge Profiles
  A comprehensive range of flooring ramps to accommodate various transitions and heights from 2.5mm up to 20mm discrepancies.
• Cover Plates
  A wide range from 28mm in width to 135mm and are designed to cover the expansion or cut edge between two floor coverings. These are available in brass, aluminium or stainless steel and can be supplied drilled for mechanical fixings. Alternatively, many CAT products are now available with our unique Stick-Fix Tape pre-applied. Not only does this speed up installation but also reduces the risk of drilling into subfloors which can contain underfloor heating pipes and electric cables.
• LVT Nosings
  CAT produces ultra-low profile aluminium stair nosings designed specifically for use with LVT floor coverings including Karndean, Amtico, Polyflor and Moduleo LVTs. These stair nosings are designed to be understated whilst still protecting the corner of the step from wear. These nosings are available in a selected choice of Designer Home Collection Finishes.
• Slim-Line Stair Nosings
  CAT’s low profile stair nosings are specifically designed to match the height of LVT and safety flooring products. Slim Line Stair Nosings are also available with CAT’s exclusive castellated PVC infill for improved slip resistance or with our solid aluminium tread inserts for a full aluminium concealed fixing installation.
• Ramp Back Stair Nosings
  These stair nosings are designed for fitting on top of resilient flooring such as vinyl or where no surface covering is being installed. They are available in both solid aluminium and solid brass as well as with CATs exclusive castellated PVC infill for increased slip resistance.
• Angles
  Our angle profiles are designed to create a neat edge between floor coverings and are available in aluminium, black anodised, brass, stainless steel and PVC. Angles can also be supplied flexible or “tagged” to create gradual concave and convex curves on-site. This avoids the additional fabrication costs and speeds up on-site installations.
