The latest development which demonstrates the brand’s commitment to innovation is the application of an Aluminium Oxide coating as standard across the entire collection of 25 Malmo Freedom Stickdown designs. This assures the necessary slip resistance required for use in any environment, including those where safety is a priority such as care homes, retirement homes, hotel bathrooms, holiday lets, and more.
The Aluminium Oxide coating increases the flooring’s slip resistance to +36 PTV, low risk in wet areas, while the 0.55mm wear layer further enhances its safety credentials. The coating, which does not compromise the visual quality of the flooring, also provides an additional protective layer against potential scratches.
