Runners-up included Milliken with Nicholson Flooring – Bradford at Potter Space, Leeds, UK. Potter Space, a commercial property business, relocated its headquarters to a modern space in Leeds city centre, aiming to transition from old, segmented offices to an open, collaborative environment.

It engaged workplace design specialist Jayne Crampton of JAEs Interiors to transform the Cat A space into a flexible, future-ready workplace. Key considerations included acoustic management, inviting atmosphere, fluidity, flexibility, and multi-functionality. Milliken collaborated closely with JAEs Interiors to interpret the client’s needs, while Ultimate Commercial Interiors managed the main fit-out and Nicholson Flooring Services handled the flooring. The project featured Milliken’s LVT from the Change Agent collection, meeting CE safety certifications and Class 33 for heavy commercial use. The FlexForm construction and ProGuard MAX coating enhanced durability and ease of installation.

The designer consulted extensively with employees and Milliken’s team to ensure the selected collections met all functional and aesthetic requirements. Overall, the collaborative effort among all parties resulted in a successful project with positive feedback throughout planning and installation.
