This remarkable commercial property underwent a comprehensive transformation, thanks to Darcelle Flooring’s expertise and the use of UltraFloor’s advanced subfloor preparation materials. Spanning four floors, the renovation encompassed office spaces, reception areas, stairs, and toilets. Darcelle Flooring employed UltraFloor Level IT Two across 1,500sq m to achieve a perfectly smooth subfloor.

Level IT Two is favoured for its easy application and low odour, ideal for diverse commercial and residential projects, including education, health, and hospitality sectors.

Packaged as a two-component system, Level IT Two ensures precise mixing, minimising errors and ensuring flawless application on concrete subfloors. For this installation, Level IT Two was trowel applied, to a concrete subfloor, at depths ranging from two-12mm.
